Delete your account

In the app

Open Peer Fitness, go to Profile, tap your name, then choose Delete account and confirm. You are signed out straight away.

Without the app

Email privacy@texvnx.com from the address you sign in with and ask us to delete your account. We confirm by email and complete the request within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your profile (email address, display name, step goal, time zone), every check-in, step count and private note, your friend connections and nudges, and your device's push tokens. Crash reports and session recordings, which carry only an anonymous id, expire on their own within 90 days.

When

Your account is deactivated immediately and permanently erased after 30 days. Signing back in during those 30 days restores it. After that it cannot be recovered. Friends keep their own check-in history, which was always theirs.
